I can’t believe it is already October, and I still had enough fresh flowers for a wedding! The Alba and Sachet just keep blooming. The Bride and her mother were very happy with the selection and I heard from some of the guest that the arrangements were very pretty. i’m now in the middle of propagation and it is really just a guessing game. I talked to a lavender farm out of Washington State that have 12 acres of plants and they were very helpful with sharing information on the porpagation process and also how they manage to trim all those plants. I guess I’m lucky that at this point I only have to trim back 600 plants. I guess I will be very busy over Thanksgiving making sure all of my plants are ready for winter.
